Griefing inside or within 100 blocks of a town or a residence’s borders is not permitted.

Mayors that go inactive for 21 days, without notice, may have their town transferred to another town member.

Chests in inactive residents or the wilderness of which the owner has been inactive for 45 days, without notice, may be unlocked by staff.

Players should be aware that teleport killing rules refer to the headhunter and not the victim. Therefore, if a player teleports to another player and is killed by a third player, unless it is proven that these two players were working together, that is a legitimate kill. Players should be cautious when teleporting and ensure that they are teleporting into safe areas BEFORE accepting teleport requests.

- If the player(s) decide(s) to fight back you may defend yourself IF the player has true intentions to attempt to kill you. An unarmed and unarmored player punching you a few times does not qualify under the "defend yourself" rule. You must be in danger of actually being killed in order to kill a player twice within an hour. Defending yourself should occur immediately, "revenge" kills where a player punched you earlier and you decide to kill them after a period of time are not allowed.
